We’re Steven and Samantha, the couple behind SS Templates a family run venture born out of real life experience in both the construction industry and the world of SEND parenting.

Steven is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with over 11 years of experience across major UK projects. From site management to consultancy, from audits to commercial fit outs, he's seen the best and worst of the industry. He built a successful six figure consultancy from the ground up, helping companies stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve. But the paperwork side was always a nightmare for busy teams. That’s why we created a toolset that doesn’t waste your time. No filler. Just documents that do what they’re supposed to do.

But there’s another side to our story.

 Oscar, Sam’s son, is severely disabled. He’s non verbal, autistic, has a social communication disorder, sensory issues, and an EHCP that requires one to one care. We’ve spent years fighting the system. From the local authority failing to support his needs to endless admin battles just to secure basic rights. We’ve felt firsthand how broken the system is for working parents, especially those with disabled children.

This platform brings both worlds together. Construction level professionalism and SEND level persistence. Everything we make is grounded in lived experience.
